Some new homes need only a careful refresh after the previous occupier. Others have sat empty, collected dust or need more detailed kitchen and bathroom work. We quote around the actual condition rather than assuming every move-in clean is the same.
If there are particular areas you want ready before unpacking — such as kitchen cupboards, wardrobes, bathroom storage or an empty fridge — mention them when you enquire so we can build them into the plan.

Does the property need to be completely empty?
Not necessarily, but empty rooms are much easier to clean thoroughly. Tell us what will already be in the property when you enquire.
Can you clean inside cupboards before I unpack?
Yes, empty cupboard and drawer interiors can be included when agreed in advance.
What if the home needs more than a normal move-in clean?
If there is significant grease, grime or neglected detail, we may recommend the deeper-clean scope so the quotation allows enough time.
