Kitchen handover
Worktops, sink, fronts, reachable fittings and agreed interior areas, with extra attention to grease and residue.
Moving is already a long list of jobs. Our end of tenancy clean is designed for the point when the boxes are out and the property needs a thorough, carefully finished clean before keys change hands.
An end of tenancy clean is different from a normal maintenance visit. With furniture and belongings mostly removed, we can work methodically through the property and spend time on the edges, fittings and interior areas that are easy to miss during everyday cleaning.
We agree the scope around the property and any landlord or letting-agent requirements you have been given. If there are particular items such as empty cupboards, an oven, a fridge or other internal areas you want included, tell us when you enquire so we can allow the right amount of time.
We cannot promise the return of a tenancy deposit because that decision sits with the landlord or agent and can involve issues unrelated to cleaning. What we can do is agree a clear cleaning scope and deliver it with the care and attention expected from The Cleaning Coven.
Good to know. Please aim to have personal belongings and removal work finished before we arrive. Heavy waste, building debris, mould remediation and specialist damage repair are outside a standard move-out clean.
These are typical priorities rather than a rigid checklist. We confirm what is realistic before the booking.
Worktops, sink, fronts, reachable fittings and agreed interior areas, with extra attention to grease and residue.
Baths, showers, screens, basins, toilets, taps, tiles and the details that make the room feel properly finished.
Dusting, reachable ledges, skirtings, switches, sockets, vacuuming and floor cleaning as appropriate.
Empty cupboard and drawer interiors can be included where agreed in advance.
A deliberate final pass for marks, crumbs, dust, streaks and the small things visible at handover.
Tell us about agent checklists or priority areas so the quotation reflects the actual job.
Tell us about the property and the clean you need.
We check the condition, access, priorities and timing with you.
We agree the final scope and home-specific quotation before booking.
The Cleaning Coven team works through the agreed plan with a final quality check.
Ideally, yes. The best result is achieved when the property is empty or nearly empty and removal work has finished, so we can reach the areas that need attention.
Yes. Send us the checklist when you enquire and we can confirm which items can be included in the quoted scope.
No. Deposit decisions can involve damage, rent, inventory issues and other matters outside cleaning. We provide the agreed cleaning service, but cannot guarantee an agent or landlord’s decision.
Empty cupboard interiors and specific appliances can be discussed as part of the scope. Mention them before booking so enough time can be allowed.
Start with an online estimate, then we’ll confirm the final scope and price once we understand the property properly.
