Do you remove rubble and construction waste?
No. Heavy debris, sharp waste, rubble and trade materials should be removed by the contractor before the domestic cleaning stage.
Why can post-builders cleaning take longer?
Fine building dust spreads into edges and fittings and can resettle after an initial pass, so it usually needs a slower, more methodical approach than normal household dust.
Can you clean only the renovated rooms?
Yes, where practical. We can quote for the affected rooms or include nearby areas if dust has travelled further through the home.
